Mark Cofer attended high school in Arizona and came back to California to work in the thoroughbred racing industry. He began at the bottom and worked his way up to becoming his father, Riley Cofers, assistant trainer. Although Mark loved the thoroughbred industry and training horses, his real passion was in real estate. This love for real estate was ingrained in Mark at a young age by his grandfather who was an inventor and handyman. As a young boy Mark watched and helped his grandfather repair and flip houses. Mark passed his initial real estate exam in 1985 and began to work for the Herbert Hawkins Company in early 1986. There, he met another sales person that was as driven as he was, Al Jafarkani. Soon thereafter they formed the Mark and Al Team, which swiftly rose to one of the top selling teams in the entire San Gabriel Valley area. Mark has been married to the same beautiful lady for over 30 years and has put two wonderful children through college..

Al immigrated to the United States in 1982, speaking limited English, but very quickly assimilated and became proficient in the English language. He attended Azusa Pacific University, and then studied aerospace engineering at Cal Poly State University: Pomona before realizing that the job opportunities were limited in that field. Knowing that his father had invested in real estate abroad and had done well, Al thought he would try his hand in real estate. In 1986 he began working at the Herbert Hawkins Company where he soon met and partnered with Mark Cofer, establishing the Mark and Al Team. The rest, as they say, is history, as the Mark and Al Team has become the leading sales team in the San Gabriel Valley. Al has been married for over 20 years and has raised a daughter who is an aspiring lawyer.

Robert Cofer is a lifelong resident of the San Gabriel Valley. He studied and ultimately got his degree in psychology from The University of La Verne. His studies in psychology have become a useful tool that he applies during real estate transactions and negotiations.

Mohit was born in Mumbai, India and moved to Glendora at the age of 12. Having been a student of Glendora's renowned public school system as well as Cal Poly Pomona's Collins College of Hospitality, Mohit connects with the draw of the local area and the importance of education in people's real estate decisions.
After college, Mohit worked at iconic hotels such as the Westin Bonaventure in Downtown LA and Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach, reaching a director-level sales role. After a desire and need to be closer to family brought Mohit back to Glendora, he pivoted to a career in real estate sales.
